On 29-31 January 2014 the TUTUR partners met in Paris and started laying the first stones of the project! Soon the Baseline Report will be available with further details.



On the 29th – 31st of January will take place in Paris the kick-off meeting for the new pilot projects recently approved by the Monitoring Committee. The 9 projects will join the URBACT Secretariat for a 3-day meeting that aims to equip partners with information and tools about the Programme, the objectives and milestones of their projects.

Roma Capitale, la tedesca Brema e la romena Alba Iulia insieme per sperimentare usi urbani temporanei di edifici e spazi dismessi, in particolare per la valorizzazione del patrimonio pubblico inutilizzato e sotto-utilizzato, grazie a un finanziamento di oltre 250.00 euro ottenuto partecipando con un progetto condiviso a un bando promosso da URBACT -programma europeo di formazione e scambi a cui aderiscono 500 città di 29 diversi paesi- che offre la possibilità di presentare proposte per la formazione di network dedicati alla diffusione di progetti pilota di rilevanza urbana.

URBACT announces new pilot networks

How can European cities maximise the benefits of their involvement in URBACT projects? Two new initiatives are about to address that very question in separate pilot networks; one being designed to support cities as they implement their Local Action Plan, while the other focuses on sharing good practices. URBACT III is the context for both these pilots, as the programme looks to exploit the wealth of experience gathered to date.
